  Each accepted paper must have at least one of its authors registered with a regular participant or PC member / SC member (i.e., non-student) registration (500 EUR  or 475 EUR early bird fee before 11/04/2016 for Springer authors and before 30/04/2016 for BJMC authors). One regular participant or PC member / SC member registration fee covers only one paper (no matter of which type). A second paper will require a second regular participant or PC member / SC member registration.  Conference fee includes:

• Attendance to the scientific program of the main conference and the doctoral consortium
• Conference documentation
• Conference proceedings available electronically
• Coffee-breaks
• Lunches
• Welcome and Closing receptions
• Historical tour of Old Riga
• Conference Dinner¹

* - students must provide a document from their universities that confirm their student status (see details on the registration form). ¹ - not included in One-day registration and Doctoral Consortium participant/Student registration.
